Sessai Nanakin sent to Earth's Tibet for education

Sessai Nanakin, the sapling daughter of the wealthy Nanakin Family, is sent to a privately-run college in the remote region of Earth’s Tibetan mountain range. This action is found odd by most social circles at the time.

The training facility seems to be a cross between a religous retreat, a high-tech university, and a monastic order.
