| The Bad
The red paint is fair, has been rubbed out and touched up, looks quite good from about 40 ft. The paint looks somewhat worse than you can see in the pictures. The A/C system is all there but does not function. Heater fan squeaked when I last ran it. The chrome plating on the metal screen over the top of the engine is fair. The windshield wipers get power and work if the window is wet, but do not have enough torque to pull them selves if the windshield is dry. The electrics all worked well when I got the car 4-5 yr ago, but I asked a guy to replace some switches and he seems to have crossed some ground wires. So things still work, but some gauge readings are not accurate anymore. The original ignition switch has been by-passed. It could use a day of work from an experienced Pantera electrics guy. Car has a 73 salvage title, do not know why, no convincing evidence of a crash. The body is straight and has very good fit on the doors and a good fit on the hood. The hood fit looks worse in the pictures than it actually is because the paint on the hood has a slight mismatch in color than the rest of the body. The engine cover has a good fit on the passenger side and back but is a little off on the driver side. The Ugly I am selling because I got my back screwed up and cant drive it comfortably anymore.
