ADOPTION RULES
Ahh, yes, rules. I hate writing them almost as much as you hate reading them. But, nevertheless, they are here. Please read them all, if you are to break one, and I get mad and ask for you to return a critter, dont say 'but i never read any rules!' cause here they ALL are.
FOR THE ADOPTER:
1. If you are to adopt/buy a creature from me, please remember that they are still my image, and you are not to claim them as your own, or take credit for making them. Infact, on every page that the creature appears on (which should only be one) there should be a link back to this site (www.geocities.com/detiphay) You may also take a banner, that is of coarse, if I got off my butt and made one by the time you are reading this.
2. Again, these images are mine, and you ARE NOT TO ALTER THEM! This includes recoloring, resizing, or making any 'adjustments'. Every pixel is to be left where I put it. However, you may put the images on a transparent background or change them to .gif or .jpeg or whatever, so long as it doesn't distort the image.
3. I am a busy person, and the time you adopt/buy a creature, I may have other things going. Dont get upset if your pet isn't made/given to you within that hour/day.
4. You are to follow the species information. For example, lets say you adopted an Eoppa. Don't make a personality for it say, 'This is my Eoppa, Ted. He is very smart, I mean very smart. He can out-think Einstein.' Because, I will probably yell at you for not reading the information, or this rule.
5. I do not adopt out creature by applicatoin. Pretty much the only way to get your hands on one of my critters, is to buy with Gems, win one, or trade one. I will ocassionally give creatures away, but this is rare.
FOR THE VISITOR/ADOPTER:
1. Every image on this site is owned and copyrighted. Not always by me, for I may have adopted the creature from the owner of the copyright. In other words, the images on this site ARE NOT TO BE SAVED TO YOUR HARD DRIVE. In fact, dont even right click on them unless you are using the 'Show Image' thingy, or if you have permission to take the image.
2. Do not directly link to this site ::shakes finger:: Save the images (if you have permission) to your own hard drive, and download them to your own site. Waste your bandwidth, not mine.
3. Please, reread these rules every so often just to refresh your memory. And besides, I hold the right to change any rule I find necassary.
Well, thats all the rules for now. Betcha I had more fun writing them than you did reading them <
