Kudo Shinichi has now turned into Edogawa Conan, and, at Agasa-hakase's urging, decides to go live under the care of his childhood best friend Mouri Ran. But just as they are about to step inside, Ran's father, a detective, rushes out saying that there is a kidnapping case--and the kidnapper is a man in black. Could he possibly be the man who had shrunk the famous detective, Kudo Shinichi?
