High school students Kudo Shinichi and Mouri Ran go on a date at Tropical Land. They get on a roller coaster, but after they pass through the tunnel, a man has been murdered--beheaded! Shinichi solves this mystery, but just as this awful date is about to end, two men in black appear...who are they??
