Yukiko-san's Story
Kudou Yukiko was a famous model/actress - she was known across the entire country of Japan. Of course, a famous beauty had to have many men swarming around her, sweeping her off her feet. However, the man she fell in love with was none other than Kudou Yuusaku, famous mystery writer.
She married Yuusaku at age 20, and after having a son, she retired (very early) from her career and became a “full-time mother.”
After their son, Shinichi, grew old enough to take care of himself, Yuusaku and Yukiko moved to Los Angeles, where they currently live.

About Yukiko-san She’s the perfect example of a fun-loving mother. She teases her son constantly about girls and complains to him as if the world was ending. In fact, Shinichi is often annoyed by her constant chatter.
She loves detective work, even though she just doesn’t have her husband and son’s skills. However, she IS very intelligent and is often sent by Yuusaku to do detective work for him.
She also seems to think that she’s getting old…even though she looks about twenty…

Friends & Family Her husband is Kudou Yuusaku, and her son is Kudou Shinichi (currently Edogawa Conan.) The family has a great relationship, even though they show their quarrels. She suspects Yuusaku of cheating on her, but they do love each other a great deal.
Many of her friends are famous actresses, including Sharon Vineyard (Chris Vineyard/Vermouth.) She even has connections in Broadway (New York City.)
Her high school best friend, however, was none other than Kisaki Eri, mother of Mouri Ran. They were the two beauties of their high school.
