The Romulan Tal Shiar is the Intelligence Agency of the Romulan Empire. The agency is responsable for maintaining the state of the empire and ending any counter revolutuionary activities. This agency is vital to the survivial of our empire and and the well being of our citizens. All should be grateful that the members of this organization sacrifice so much to ensure the continuation of our eternal cause. The Tal Shiar is responsable for the observation of the internal state of the empire and the external state of the galaxy. Only a perfect Candidate is selected to become a agent in this elite force(physically, mentally, etc). And the training involved to become an agent involves danger, hardship, and death. All Tal Shiar members swear absolute alleigence to the Praetor, the Senate, the constitution and the socialist ideal. The Tal Shiar is controlled through the ministry of public safety and counter insurgency. All citizens should cooperate as much as possible with this helpful agency. Only soldiers who have been in the military for three years are eligiable to request service in the Tal Shiar. Agents travel to many far off locations, meet many interesting people of different races, face adventure and challenge, and serve the empire. Following the revolution and the glorious reforms of Al'anan, the Tal Shiar was unified along with the army, navy, and spacial force to become part of of a unified military structure. The authority of an agent is greater then that of those in the other three services. This is neccesary to allow an agent access to as many resources as possible to complete their vital missions. The motto of the Tal Shiar is Valour, Duty, Sacrifice. All agents are required to live by this code.
