An individuals names are chosen by their parents. When speaking to a Romulan, if you are in an informal situation or you know them well, one may use their first name. If one is in a formal situation, speaking to a Romulan with which one is not aquainted, or speaking to a superior, you will use their last name and then their first. The two middle names is rarely ever used and only if one is speaking to a head of state or some other important individual:
Verrek-Family Name
Aelri-Middle Name
H'daenfr-Middle Name
R'Mor- Personal Name
If you were good friend with this individual and had known him all your life you would call him: R'Mor
If this individual was your boss or if you were meeting for the first time you would call him: Verrek R'Mor
If this individual was the Praetor or a war hero you would call him: Verrek Aelri H'daenfr R'Mor
