Our Glorious Flag
This flag was adopted following the recent revolution. It was designed by Al'anan himself, and it represents the eternal socialist values of all Romulan citizens. Soldiers are required to salute this flag, or call an eye's right while marching past it in uniform. All military bases are required to raise this flag at 0500 hours every morning and lower it at 23:55 hours every night. Long live our imortal empire!
Life in the Romulan Empire
Life in the empire has always been good and prosperious, one has nothing more then he or she needs, and none have less than they require. Every thing is owned by the people and used for the peoples benefit. Al'anan has declared that he will provide for all citizens of the empire and eliminate povery. He has declared that all citizens have a right to shelter, food, employment, education, and the basic requirment for a good life. There is no unemployment of homelessness in the empire right now due to the brilliance of Al'anan.
As a child one first attends school when they are four years old and begin to learn basic academic subjects. All education is universal and free of cost for every one regardless of sex or race. Public school goes from age four to age eight, High school from age nine to age fifeteen, and Political Awareness school goes from age sixteen to age eighteen.
When one turns five they are required to join their first social organization. These social cadet groups are designed to make sure all individuals in the empire learn proper values and become loyal, competent, and politically aware citizens. These groups are also universal and free for any Romulan citizen. As a member of these groups one learns things, goes many place, experiences friendship, and learns the value of hard work. All members are given distinctive uniforms, learn drill, marksmanship, and pilotage skills, as well as much academinic work. They are:
Romulan Social Cadet Groups
- Romulan Friendship group for Loyal Children - Children aged five to seven
- All Youth Socialist Empire Group- Children aged eight to tweleve
- Peoples Romulan Youth Group - Youth aged tweleve to eighteen
After eighteen one serves their mandatory ten years in the military, and after that one can continue to be in the military or rejoin civilian life. Military service is mandatory for both men and women.

The Grand Anthemn of the Romulan Star Empire
This is sung every morning at 0800 hours by all citizens of the Empire. All school students, workers, and soldiers are required to stand at attention while this glorious anthemn is played. Soldiers are also required to salute and those holding weapon are require to undertake the present arms drill movement. This hym symbolizes the greatness of our eternal empire.

The Workers and Soldiers Hym
While this is not the official anthemn of the empire it is still a highly regared hym. Workers are encourgaged to sing it while working and soliders while marching. It shows ones love of the empire.
