| We set off from Coffs Harbour to sail to Port Stephens in a brisk breeze from the NE. Travelling offshore about 7 miles we picked up a 3 knot current setting South, so at 8-9 knots over the ground we made excellent time and decided to bypass Port Stephens and keep going to Pittwater where we passed Barrenjoey Light at 4.30pm Nov 5th [33hrs] and Peter caught a very nice little tailor which tasted delicious. Picked up the mooring we left in Towlers Bay nearly 2 years 9 months ago, and prepared to entertain well-wishers! |

| After moving to a visitors mooring off the Pasadena next day Gary Cook arrived with some rot gut, and Jude's son Peter with dreadlocks!! Great vantage point to watch RPYC race starts with millions of dollars worth of grand prix yachts jockeying for position. Duck was drooling! | ||||||||||||
