Besides having quality breeding her bloodlines are quite colorful, especially her dam side ( 8 sorrels, 2 bays, 1 black, 2 duns, 1 buckskin, and 1 chestnut in 4th generation pedigree). Her sire has 2 red dun, 1 dun, 10 sorrel, and 2 chestnut in his 4th generation pedigree.
In 2004 Pepper was bred to Royals Equal a 1989 red roan of Tailwind and Continental breeding, also the sire of her 2003 red roan stud. On Febuary 8, 2005 Pepper gave birth to her third foal a red (shed into roan?) colt with the same EXACT white markings that she has. How cool is that?
