Although is friendly he does a mean side, but don't worry this side doesn't come out unless you miss treat his waitress at the Day Gale, that is. The way he dress and acts you swear he from another (more like another time period). He is a great then any allies you ever meet, that if you don't bother his girls, as he likes calling his waitress.
