Holiday Part I
This episode begins with a really cute scene between Craig and Ashley in which they're having a snowfight and it ends
with Craig grabbing Ashley and pulling her to the ground. They laugh and Ash throws some snow on him. Very cute scene.
(Craig and Ashley at Joey�s house for a tree trimming party with Snake, Spike, Joey, Sidney and Caitlin)
Simpson: The Jeremiah household is just full of amazing women these days.
Ashley: And two REALLY lucky men.
*Craig kisses her cheek*
(Craig and Manny in his garage. She is giving him his Christmas present...which btw is a hideous scarf.)
Manny: All I want for Christmas from you is one thing.
Craig: All right, let me guess. Um�diamonds? New car? What�Chihuahua?
Manny: No.
Craig: What do you want? What?
Manny: I want you to dump Ashley.
*Craig gets a serious look on his face*
Manny: It�s time, ya know? And I�ve been patient, but I can�t�
Craig: Um�I can�t make that choice.
Manny: I think you just did.
(Craig and Ashley rehearsing their song for the assembly)
Ashley: You�re every present I never got.
Craig: You�re every wish that never came true.
Both: You�re every prayer that went unanswered. So, baby I�ll spend Christmas with you.
Ashley: With you.
Both: So, baby I�ll spend Christmas with you.
(Craig goes to Ashley�s. This is just after he met with Manny to tell her that he wanted to be with her and that he would break up with Ashley) *I totally curse Craig in this scene!
Ashley: Hey, you�re finally here.
Craig: Yeah.
Ashley: Is everything OK?
Craig: Um�actually, uh�I wanted to talk to you about something.
Ashley: OK, but first�
*Ashley picks up a guitar case from under the Christmas tree*
Ashley: I know it looks a bit beaten up, but�open it. Come on.
*Craig sits down and opens the guitar case*
Ashley: It was my grandfather�s. He played it back in the 40s with (who?). He left it to me and now I want you to have it.
*Craig picks it up and admires the guitar*
Craig: This is incredible.
Ashley: Well�it�s because you�re incredible and you�ve had such a hard year; you deserve it. So�you wanted to talk?
Craig: Just�I love you.
(Craig is playing his new guitar at school and Ashley is sitting next to him watching)
Craig: It�s like it knows the sound I�m trying to make, ya know?
Ashley: So, you like it?
*She rubs his knee and Manny walks by*
Craig: Like it? I love it!
Manny: Um�Craig? Dress rehearsal�I need to finalize your makeup, so?
Craig: Sure. OK.
Ashley: You do that. I�m gonna find out from Liberty when we�re actually performing tomorrow.
*He meets up with Manny*
Craig: Hey Manny.
Manny: OK. You were supposed to talk to her and uh�did�did you talk to her?
*Craig stares at her blankly*
Manny: OK. Ya know what, I�m gonna go talk to her.
Craig: No, please. I broke up with her. OK? Like I said I would. I just haven�t�I haven�t told her about you and me yet.
Manny: OK, why not?
Craig: Well, because we still have to perform tomorrow, ya know? Let her hate me when it doesn�t matter anymore. Look, I promise. OK, next term this will all be sorted out.
Manny: OK.
Holiday Part II
(Craig and Spinner Christmas shopping, talking about Ashley�s present)
Spinner: At least I didn�t spend 100 bucks on some used blouse.
Craig: Hey, it was 80 bucks. And it�s a one-of-a-kind Ramones tee from �79, OK?
(Craig and Ashley in his garage. Craig is playing his guitar)
Ashley: I�m freezing.
*She sits down next to him and repeats*
Ashley: I�m freezing.
Craig: Oh, do you want me to get you something hot to drink?
Ashley: Please. Some hot chocolate?
*Craig goes to get it, while Ashley grabs a blanket to make herself warm. Under the blanket she finds her Ramones t-shirt, a pink sweater and an ice skating bracelet (This is where I crack up �cause she�s totally excited about the Ramones t-shirt, but is like WTH are these other things LOL)*
(Ashley and Manny backstage for the assembly. Manny is doing her makeup)
Ashley: I can�t believe I�m so nervous. I mean, I have performed live before.
Manny: Ya well, I�m sure you�re gonna be great.
Ashley: Maybe it�s �cause I�m singing with Craig.
Manny: OK, um�well�hold still and close your eyes. Well, I guess you just have to separate yourself from him.
Ashley: What do you mean?
Manny: You know, you�re emotions they seem to be getting in the way. Just let them go.
*Ashley notices the ice skating bracelet on Manny�s wrist*
Ashley: That�s uh�pretty bracelet. Where�d you get it?
Manny: Just a guy. Ya know, a guy I�ve been dating awhile.
Ashley: Really? Who?
Manny: Just a guy.
*Ashley now notices the pink sweater (is that even what that thing is?)*
Ashley: Was it Craig?
Manny: Ashley, I�m sorry. He didn�t want me to say anything, �cause he knew you�d be upset about him moving on so quickly.
Ashley: Moving on? We�re still together.
(Craig and Ashley are about to perform their song onstage)
*Ashley looks pissed*
Craig: Don�t worry. We�re gonna be great.
*JT: And now for something completely different, we have Ashley and Craig here to sing their original song, �I�ll Spend Christmas With You.�*
*They walk on stage and Craig starts playing the guitar*
Craig: You�re every present I never�
*Craig looks over and notices that Ashley has her arms folded and she�s not singing*
Craig: got�Ash we�re on.
*She stands up and slaps him across the face and then walks off
(Craig and Ashley outside the assembly in the hallway after the slap)
*Craig chases after her*
Craig: What are you doing?
Ashley: Me? What am I doing? What about what you did?
Craig: What?
Ashley: Manny? Manny Santos? How could you?
Craig: Ash�
Ashley: I mean�you and me�Craig�
*Craig doesn�t know what to say, so he goes to hug her, but she shoves him away*
Ashley: Keep your hands off me!
*She goes to walk away, but turns around and grabs the guitar from his hands first. Manny walks up from behind him*
Craig: You told her?
Manny: No�no, I didn�t.
Craig: Well then, how did she find out?
Manny: Because you were stupid, Craig. You didn�t think that she�d find out about me and you didn�t think that I�d find out about your lies.
*She drops the bracelet on the floor and Joey comes up behind him now*
Joey: Craig? Craig, wait up.
*Craig walks away*
Joey: Hold up.
Craig: I wrecked everything, OK. And I don�t need a lecture.
Joey: I don�t want to lecture you, I just want to know what�s happening.
Craig: I�I cheated on Ashley.
Joey: Oh, Craig�I thought you guys�
Craig: Joey, stop. Stop. I know. And now�now the other girl hates my guts too. So�Merry Christmas.
