| David and Dorian were celebrating Betsy's' death and David wanted to frame her death certificate. David and Dorian now have 30 million dollars thanks to Adriana, Dorian's "long lost" daughter. While they're at the hospital, Kevin comes in and asks where have they been? Blair has been admitted to the hospital, because she collapsed Wednesday from a headache. Al/Michael is there and agrees to take a look at Blair, until Dr. Kingsley the neurologist can see her. Kelly and Starr show up, to see what is wrong with Blair. Starr goes in to see Blair and says, "Please, don't die." Dr. Kingsley orders another MRI for Blair. |
| Meanwhile, Todd is at Statesville prison, and has a cellmate. He is reading law books to help Evangeline with his appeal. He says that he has pulled a lot of stuff and will get out of prison. His cellmate makes a remark that Blair is probably with another man. He then attacks his cellmate. |
| Todd has a nightmare about what will happen after he serves his 10 years in Statesville. Blair is at Natalie's- Rodi's has been renamed, and Todd walks in. Jack and Starr are around 13 and 17. Jack sees Todd and says, "I thought you were dead." Starr wants nothing to do with him. Then, Kevin walks in, Starr and Jack is overjoyed. Blair says that she and Kevin have been married for 10 years and he adopted the children. They all say that Kevin is the perfect father. |
| Jessica is still acting strange; she has been hypnotized by Dr. Haver. Natalie is a target according to John, who spent the night at Natalie's. They still don't know there is a hidden camera there, and Haver is watching them. Antonio knows there is something wrong with Jess, but can't put his finger on it. Jess has a nightmare that Antonio is the MBK; he's holding a red leotard. Haver calls her, he asks who is this, she says, "it's Dr. Haver, you're my friend." She tells him that she will go along with his plan. John says that he wants to move Natalie and Jess to a safe house after Christian's memorial. He will do anything to protect her. |
| Starr is comforted by Al/Michael; David wants to marry Dorian immediately. He even has the marriage license. Dorian is hesitant, and then Dr. Kingsley comes into Blair's hospital room with the results. Kevin, Kelly, Dorian, and Blair learn that Blair has a brain tumor. Al/Michael tells Starr that Blair needs surgery. Dorian signs the consent form. Starr goes into Blair's room again and says, "I can't lose both of you." Dorian looks touched as she watches it. Starr then decides to contact Todd. |
| Starr asks for Kelly's help, and then Al/Michael comes out and says, Blair wants to see Kevin. Then, Kelly agrees to help her. Kelly pretends to be Evangeline, and Starr tells Todd about Blair's brain tumor. Todd then decides he has to break out of prison. |
| Blair tells Kevin that she's scared, and he reassures her that she'll be fine. She has a lot to live for. Blair gets into a wheelchair, and tells Dorian, "I love you." Then she kisses Dorian's hand. Kevin wants to stay, Kelly wants to leave, and guilts him by saying that they need to bring Starr home. Al/Michael tells Starr that everyone is pulling for her mom. |
| David suggests that he and Dorian pray for Blair in the chapel. Todd's cellmate wakes up and sees him on the floor, and all of his pills are gone. The guard comes and Todd is unconscious. |
