Ma, I never got to tell you I'm sorry. I wish I could have been closer to you while you were sick. But I think you knew I was only sixteen and couldn't cope very well. You were so strong. I saw you cry once when your hair fell out. The pain I felt at that moment when you looked in the mirror and cried was unbearable for me. When I tried to help you take a bath so you could get dressed up on Valentine's Day, you were too weak to get out of the tub.
I wanted to help you, but you told me to leave.
My heart was torn in two.
I miss you...
