Chinese Cuisine::Chicken Rice!
Chicken Rice, my favourite dish for any occassion, any event, or even any day. It's usually my choice of pick over the other wide variety of dishes. Come on with me and explore the nutritional values, and how do you prepare Chicken Rice!

Chicken Rice
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup uncooked rice*
1 (14-1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir until browned.

Stir in rice and broth.

Cover and cook 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Stir in lemon peel and pepper. Serve immediately.

* Recipe based on regular-milled long grain white rice.
