Everything you need to know to survive a zombie attack
Not much is known about the virus that causes "zombieism"
For instance, we do not have a cure, nor have we been able to find an effective vaccine. Once bitten there is no way to save yourself.
Symptoms of the virus include:  Loss of motor functions, stiffness on the joints and limbs, increased dimentia, vomiting, bruising, loss of conciousness, eventual death, and reanimation.

Zombies have accute senses of smell and hearing, making it very easy for them to find prey. It still is not known why it is that they need to prey on living human tissue. They gather no sustinance, in many cases the digestive track may be completely decomposed. Still, zombies are intent on feeding on the living. We know that they only feast on living or freshly killed human flesh. This may be the reason that they do not feed on eachother.

When confronted with a zombie it is best to run and barricade yourself in the nearest safe place. Do not try to fight back unless you are heavily armed. Zombies can be killed by severe trauma to the head. However it is still safer to stay as far away from them as possible. Rooftops or highrises are ideal because of the fact that zombies cannot grasp the idea of climbing. Thier motor skills are purely basic, ranging from limping and grabbing, to running.

Zombies can actually learn. They retain some memories of thier previous lives, and can be reminded. Zombies can be trained to know good from bad, however many people are skeptical of this and prefer to simply kill them off. The memories that are retained have no emo?tional value. Zombies have no sense of emotion. The only thing they feel could be desribed as hunger, although it is simply pure primal instinct; the need to survive.

Incredibly zombies can function without need of any internal organs. They can  eat even though they are unable to digest. They can function even though they may be missing certain neccessary organs. This may bring to question the existance of a soul. Perhaps after death the soul is still active. Perhaps not. In any cas not enough is known about zombies to take an active role in curing or killing them. "Live" specimens are so hard to come by that research is extremely hard. The fact is, we may never be rid of the zombie plague.  The best advice that I can give is to ....RUN!!!!
