Raekwon �recovered� from his wounds and moved in with Gina shortly afterwards and continued to lead the Rough Riders as Masta Killa. As Raekwon, he got work as a studio engineer, working toward becoming a producer.
The two becaume even closer after Raekwon's embrace. Often spending most of their free and work time together. The Time they shared fueling Rae's strength and ambition. Then in the last wave of assaults on the city, Raekwon had to suffer the loss of Gina as she died at the hands of the Sabbat. He didn�t take the blow well at all nearly falling into torpor from the grief of her loss.
Since moving to the Necropolis Rae has made his way amongst the Brujah and kindred there in general. He still feels a bit out of place at times due to the lack of �colored� faces in the place, but does well anyhow. For several months he was heatedly involved with a young Brujah named Jerri who he thought he was in love with. However, the relationship ended and Jerri went to be among the Anarchs. Soon after, Raekwon felt the blood bond they shared break. The stress of the second loss, hurt Rae deeply, and he closed off most of his feelings. Raekwon kept to himself during this time, eventually becoming involved with a local community center.
Using his experience and street savvy Rae created a �no kill� zone around the place. Freeing it of drugs & violence. He had help in this endeavor from the neighborhood several gangs and some new Rough Riders. It was then that he met Heather Piccanio, the leader of the Firestarters.
Heather is a strong beautiful woman who drew Raekwon to her immediately. Though their early encounters were mainly physical at first, the two started to develop serious feelings, despite Rae's attempts to not feel for her. Matters were complicated by the fact that heather is the ghoul of the prince, Cinnamon Raven. They continued to see each other repeatedly getting closer, until Cinn embraced her.
After her embrace, Heather�s duties and Raekwon�s responsibilities; as well as new battles with a gang known as the Cold Court, kept them apart Rae also came to be close to Heather�s ghoul Jax a local lady DJ. The relationship that started as a mutual thing appears to be contributing to the separation between Rae & Heather. The relationship started as a mutual thing between the three but seems to be getting out of hand emotionally. It remains to see if the three lovers will pull this together.
Emotionally Raekwon is falling in love with the strong-willed Heather and asked her recently to be his lady. (Ghetto for girlfriend, officially) which Heather refused, taking it as a marriage proposal. She also sited the seemingly totally physical relationship they shared. He has gotten a second chance to bring close the lady he held off to protect his feelings and from the look of things he�s dead serious about getting his shorty by his side again.
The affair between the two young kindred has continued off and on through the last few years. then last year a serious break happened between them. Heather broke things off, supposedly to follow the path of no emotions her sire walks. In actuality, she had taken back up with the Brujah elder nathaniel and become his lover. Rae discovered the truth and it nearly destroyed him. He nearly left the clan and detroyed himself in rage . He would have if not for the intervention of Dizzy, one of Heather's ghouls. Detra Han, nicknamed Dizzy, was supposed to liasion with Rae during the period the two kindred were estranged. Dizzy however, fell in love with Rae and it was she and the Brujah Jove'll Laroushe whose love and cousul help rae survive.
Since things have calmed down Dizzy (who is now Raekwon's ghoul) is now almost always at his side. Raekwon loves her fierciely and would kill for her. He has alos found the same emotional attachment with Jove'll. Both women love and care for Rae and he them, but the powerful spectre of his still lingering feelings for Heather remain. She may well be the owman that he will always love despite how things have gone. As for heather, she has taken an interesting path with Rae.
Apparently things soured between she and Nathaniel and Heather has come back to Rae in a manner. While not his lady, she has admitted to loving him, and thetwo often share intinacies, but Rae seems to have accepted that she will never "belong" to anyone, and is content to be close to her as is.
Raekwon has also suprised himself and the clan, becoming Primogen. He seeks to unite the divided Brujah and make then a force to be respected in the domain once more.
