| Info for the Hung family Kwoon Students: All students of the kwoon must fill out and return an application to the head instructor. The applications will be reviewed and accepted or rejected within 48 hours. All accepted students are expected to obey the rules of the kwoon and each other. Uniforms: All students will be given (2) uniforms upon joining the kwoon. Intermediate & Beginner students: Sleeveless, Red w/ white cinches or Light blue w/ navy cinches Senior students: Full sleeved Red w/ black cinches or black w/ red cinches The ceremonial uniforms are long sleeved red tunics with high collars and gold accents with a tiger/dragon pattern running through the cloth. |
| Classes: Classes are one hour long (unless otherwise noted) and go as follows: Kung Fu (basic): Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10am, 4pm, 7pm/ Saturday/12pm Kung Fu (advanced): Monday, Wednesday & Friday 11am & 8pm/ Sat. 2pm (2hrs) Forms (advanced substyles): Tuesday & Thursday 11am & 6pm (classes are 2hrs)* Tai Chi (basic & Advanced): Tuesday & Thursday 9am, 1pm & 8pm/ Saturday 3pm* Student (small group personal instruction): Any open time frame for students Open sparring/ training (open to the community): Weds & Sat. 6pm & 10pm* Free Self defense Class: Sunday 12pm (3hrs every two weeks) *Requires instructor permission for these classes All weapon forms are taught as part of their respective arts. Fees: Classes are a one-time fee (adjustable) of $120, then $30/class or a month for $75. The 1st class is always free and uniforms are given to the student upon enrolling in the school. Discipline: Students violating the code of conduct for the kwoon can be suspended or dismissed by the head instructor. |
