| Crime in Necropolis: A Master listing of criminal activity in the city |
| This pages is set up as a reference point for all the players and STs of the Necropolis game. It represents the outline of crime in the city, the major players and organizations. Some of them can be influenced directly by player intercation, others the major ones are too powerful in scale to be out and out controlled by any PC. They are npc entities that may be interacted with, not owned. The movements of these groups will be matters of SL when they go down. Beyond that they should be seen as background for the game setting under normal circumstances. |
| This is not to say, that players cannot make Yakuza members or Mafia members etc...just remember, regardless of how much you put into Influence, backgrounds, allies and the such, they will remain, at the upper levels, ST controlled entities. This is done to maintain the balance in the game. With that all said and done...lets see what kind of crime is going on in Necropolis , MO |
