unit 7 unit 17 main page	There are many components of a computer system. A computer system consists of hardware and software. some examples of hardware parts are a monitor, speakers, keyboard and a mouse. Inside the computer are parts such as a central processing unit ( CPU) and a Ram for example
	This block diagram shows the imput devices which is transformed onto the ram which holds data whille the program is running and the storage hard disk drive. The output devices is a printer or monitors which the controls unit ALU and Cpu which recieves data in and carries it out.
	These are different computer systems for example such as a main frame computer a desktop computer, a plamtop computer and a laptop or notebook computer. A mainframe computer is designed to process a lot of information quicly. A desktop computer is the most common kind of PC, it is a collection of a different type of hardware devices. A plamtop computer haqs different features such as email and wireless inlesets
