With
this image I did a seamless tile then enhanced the
edges, added a mask. Copied and pasted to a new background,
added a shadow, and page curl. Then a border and some
corners.
With
this one I used the background eraser in psp 8 to
erase the background from both the flag and the eagle.
Then added them both to the background image. I then
lowered the opacity on the eagle and flag. Added a
brush stroke to all layers individually. I didn't
add a brush stroke to the words. Merged all layers
and added a border.
