Publication of the National Wood Carvers Association. I emailed them for writers' guidelines. The editor replied to say that they've accepted freelance articles/projects in the past, but they do not pay for them. She did not send me any guidelines, so I think they don't have any. Just email your article or project to them if you're interested.
Their articles are staff written, but they do accept submissions for "Handy Hints," "Workshop Tips," "Great Goofs," and "Wordless Workshop." Here's their address for submissions.
Email photos and article/project outline to them first. If they like it, they'll send you their writers' guidelines.
They commission all of their articles. But when I emailed for writers' guidelines, they did send me the address for sending published clips.
