This male/female golden doodle puppy, whelped 1/5/05, is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of the sale
The buyer is encouraged to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian (within one week of purchase). If the veterinarian finds anything that is LIFE THREATENING with the puppy, it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value or a refund will be given, provided a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the puppy�s illness, and the puppy is returned within the guarantee period.
The seller assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises, including medical expenses, mortality, landlord�s disapproval, allergies to animals, disagreement of family, or for any other reason.
In the event of an emergence of any genetic disorder within the first 24 months of the dog�s life which is sufficiently serious to the dog�s health, and in the opinion of two qualified veterinarians the dog should be �put down�, the breeder agrees to replace to dog with one of equivalent quality from a litter bred by the breeder, or at breeder's option, refund the original purchase price. This also covers the diagnosis of hip dysplasia.
It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to the sold puppy except as set forth herein.
