Rules & Stipulations: Must be a forum member - If you don't have a forum membership you need to get one.
Must not be an active member of another clan - Only people this doesn't apply to are the Clan Mediators.
Must be active - If you have to go away one of the council must be informed. Do cannot attack clan members - You can attack each other if both parties agree. If both parties do not, then you cannot.
Do not distribute any information to unauthorized persons - Leaking out internal things to others is forbidden.
Do not disrespect any member of the clan or Council - No publicly posting things to question the actions of any council member.
Do not be disloyal, or bring insurrection against the name or princles of the clan.
Do not abuse or harrass anyone, members and non-members of the clan.

Punishments: Conspiracy to commit a crime against the clan, or its allies in anyway will result in banishment from the clan.
Physically, mentally, or any harming method done to any members, allies, or other persons will result in banishment.
Distribution of sensitive materials to unauthorized people will result in banishment.
Disrespecting any members of the clan, can result in banishment or probation depending on the severity. For council members however, the punishment could range from removal from council to banishment.
Harrassment or abuse can result in probation or banishment depending on the severity.
Disloyalty or Insurrection can result in probation or banishment.
Attacking members without permission can result in banishment or probation.
Joining another clan and not being a mediator will result in removal from the clan.
Inactiveness will result in various actions, ranging from probation to removal from the clan.

Note:
Banishment means no chance of ever getting back in the clan.
Removal means possible chance to get back in the clan.
