| ���������������������� Emotional Intelligence is a type of intelligence a person may have when dealing with their own emotions. It pretty much is based on how a person reacts with their emotions in various situations. People with a high level of emotional intelligence are more likely accomplish objectives more successfully. Therefore, those who have a lower level of emotional intelligence seem to not get their priorities done as fast. Emotional Intelligence could also be defined as a attribute that can benefit people in life. Emotional intelligence is important in numerous places such as both school and work. It could help one become more successful in their current environment. Student?s who learn on their own interest and confidence is more likely to succeed more then others. Helping people develop emotional intelligence all depends on the persons self esteem and interest. "Research in brain-based learning suggests that emotional health is fundamental to effective learning." Emotional intelligence also has several aspects itself from self esteem to accuracy. Those who develop emotional intelligence can also live their lives more relaxed then others. It is an important factor needed in being successful.
