| M.A.D. BITCH We created Church and State. Unleashed a world of Dog-Eat-Dog. Turned our backs, yet passed the plate, assuring our own epilogue. Man that once was boy took root. And raised in calm, the oak grew fair. Oak that once was seed, take heed! of scorching flames, of roots laid bare. Acting like a spoiled child, we spurned the life we once enjoyed. Now our withered arms reach out for life in yet another void. In these final hours, we shall strut upon a smaller stage. Cursing Isms right and left as smugness turns to "Twilight's Rage". Blinded by the folly of the slogans, banners, and "The Cause". Thoughts of "Man's Best Friend" persist, with gnashing teeth and blood-stained claws.
