| Background: Yuki Fuyutusuki was born in Sapporo, Japan, in 1977. She was an only child, loved by her parents and encouraged greatly when it came to her plans for life. Her mother was Ainu, and proud of it, while her father had lived several years in England. In her childhood she was encouraged to find her own path, and was given the freedom to do what she pleased when it came to education and activities. She spent most of her time drawing or reading, but she also loved to swim. At school she had a good head for languages, getting the pronunciation better than most in her class. She was predicted a good future within a large cooperation by her teacher, yet Yuki wanted something else. |

| Ever since she was five, Yuki wished to be a teacher. She wished to teach others something that she enjoyed. She wanted to be a swimming-teacher at first, but later decided on becoming an English teacher. She worked hard, keeping her drawing up despite things. She was often known for having a small manga drawing on her every term paper, a small doodling she did whenever she was thinking over an assignment. When she was 25 she was a fully qualified Englishteacher, but instead of taking a job in Japan she went to England where she stayed for a year taking an intensive History course on world history. It was not much, but enough to make her qualified to teach some history too. | |||||||||||||||

| In 2003 she returned to Japan and started as an Englishteaching in elementary school in Tokyo. She visited her parents often and worked hard, the children being her family. She saved up money, wishing to visit America too once to pick up some language skills as well as learning about the American culture, having spent a year speaking about the American ideology. She had looked forward to a trip to Seattle, and in 2005 she booked the ticket there. | |||||||||||||||
| She was going on a 2 week vacation to Seattle when she disappeared, and will be greatly missed by her family and those whose lives she touched. | |||||||||||||||
