Mother, Lady Jane Kingsley, Countess of Stunnington *deceased*. Brother, James Kingsley, (nine years old) Seat: 2 G Background: The first son of Lord Amadeus Kingsley, he is the heir to the Kingsley line and is being trained to be a worthy successor of his father. His education is rigorous, and he takes it very seriously, his father having explained several times how important it is that he become a suitable man to inherit his title and assets when he is dead, and become the perfect Lord when he is an adult. His mother killed herself when he was six, and whilst he remembers some things about her, most of what he knows is from the gossip he has overheard being whispered by the staff and servants that his father employs. He was on holiday with his father, but his younger brother was unable to accompany them due to being ill with the measles and forced to stay at home. He reluctantly agreed to go with his father to Seattle afterward to meet with an old fried of Amadeus’, but the plane went missing on the journey there. Personality: He can seem a very serious lad when in his lessons, knowing how much it means to his father that he should become good enough to take his place. He can also seem quiet and introspective at times, not yet used to socialising with people other than those that live in the mansion in England that he resides in with his father and brother. However, he knows how to have fun when he allows himself to relax, and enjoys energetic activities when not buried in his work or books he has to study. He is learning the manners and characteristics that a good, polite Lord should have, but it is still a little rough around the edges and needs a lot more practice before it becomes as effortless as it seems to be for his father. |
