| In the Desert Compadres the project with the most members in it is the lamb project. In the lamb project, members will learn how to care for and show their lambs. Members this year are: Mathew, Marlo, Sarah, Tara, Britany and Sylvan along with Kayla and Lauren, crossovers from Blythe 4-H. This year we went the Yuma, SAILA Show, The Parker Lamb and Steer Show, and The Arizona Classic Livestock Show | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Kimberly and Popeye won many awards this year. At the Yuma SAILA show she was 2nd in Market and made the finals for Showmanship. At the fair Kimberly and her lamb won both showmanship and market. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Erica and her lamb Amie at the Colorado River 4-H lamb & goat show in February 2002. Amie not only won Grand Champion Feeder lamb, she also won her market class at the fair. Congrats go to Sylvan with her reserve grand feeder lamb at the CR 4-H lamb show. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| These are 2 of the market classes at our fair this past year. David won his market class and then went on to win Grand Champion lamb, Chris was also in this class and received a 3rd place behind the Grand and Reserve Champion lambs.
