| The Horse project is the project that demands the most time, money and effort, but it's also the most rewarding. We have a couple of current members that are involved in the horse project as well as few past members who still help out and participate in horse shows. | Members of the horse project from our club and others in our area also compete at the Parket Horse Show in Parker, Az. In 2002, 4 of the 6 belt buckles were won by people from Blythe. In the 13 and under age group, the 1st place buckle went to Tiffany and the 2nd to Kati who are both in the Colorado River 4-H Club. Also, in the 14-17 age group, Kimberly was 1st and Tiffany was 2nd both of which are in the Desert Compadres. Congratulations to everyone that competed at the horse show, you all did great! |
