It was raining. Pouring to be exact if accuracy was wanted here. The wind howled as always when rain was around. Not to far away in the bush, a tangible fire could be seen burning blazes above the shrubs. Who would want to start a fire before a storm is really anybody's guess!

"What are we doing here? Out here in the open� I'm cold, I'm freezing, my sword is going to rust, the horses are getting irritable and it's all your fault!" a shrilled voice whined in the open. It wasn't an unusual voice however because there were always one or two people somewhere whose voices were shrill, but only if they had eaten a whole tub of helium.

"Well, we're waiting here� whether you like it or not Cammy." Another voice replied. This time the voice was a little deeper then the average human voice. Apparently the two of them wouldn't be classified as 'normal' if one were to base 'normality' entirely on their voices.

"Uh huh� Wait� and just wait for what�" it was not a question but more of a statement.

"You wait and see Cammy. Just wait and see�" replied the deeper voice, amusement written all over her tan face.

The wind howled. It was raining. This time in another part of the world, actually another dimension. Soaking to the bone, Quatre was shivering. Annoyance showed all over his face. He was aiming a nice icy glare towards the hooded person beside him. The hooded person's only response to that glare was a smirk topped up with flickers of amusement.

"It wasn't my idea to go walking. It was yours." Trowa said while taking off his hood. He was still smiling which was really rare come to think of it.

"I know. But you knew it was going to rain. You even brought a rain coat!" Quatre wailed. He apparently still harboured ill feelings towards Trowa.

"It just happened to be in my pocket"

"Yeah right�" was Quatre's only reply, still sulking away.

"Sorry. Here take this." Trowa took off his raincoat and gave it to Quatre who eagerly placed it on. They started walking down the path, hoping to get home quick.

A few hours ago, it wasn't raining. The birds were singing in the sky that was crystal clear and very blue. Who would have guessed that it would rain? Obviously not Quatre! Because of that misconception of the weather, Quatre had decided to take a nice walk with the rest of the Gundam Pilots. However Trowa was the only one who agreed to this because well you know Heero was too busy with his laptop, Wu Fei couldn't care less whether the birds were singing or the birds were dying and well Duo� Duo 'conveniently' had a terrible stomach ache. Whether Wu Fei had any part in the 'stomach ache' is questionable though. So, it was just Quatre, Trowa and the birds that were still singing taking a nice long walk, which later turned into an absolute disaster as one can see.

After finally being soaked to death (Quatre) and sulked to death (Trowa) the two of them finally reached the mansion.

"I can't wait to get into the tub and soak my body in really hot water" Quatre sighed as he took the raincoat off and quickly walked up into his room leaving behind a flabbergasted Trowa.

It was still raining even after Quatre had taken a bath. His stomach began to rumble, from all that walking a guy does have to eat OK. As usual, Quatre had to prepare his own food because the others really couldn't be bothered to cook. While muttering to himself about how lazy the rest were to not even bother to cook dinner, it suddenly dawned upon him that the house was quiet. Very quiet, if a pin was dropped you could actually hear it. Which was highly unusual with Duo around, even if the poor guy was sick. The raindrops made a haunting sound as it pitted and patted on the roof. He heart was beating faster and faster and he ran towards the bedrooms. Heero wasn't around, neither was Wu Fei or even Duo. Then he found Trowa who was lazing about in his room reading a book.

"Trowa, do you notice something wrong?" said Quatre in quick short breaths from all that running around.

"No." His eyes still focused on the book.

"Everybody's gone! I'm not joking! They've all disappeared�"

Trowa immediately got up and looked towards the blond boy.

"Disappeared? But how?"

"I don't know!" Quatre was now worrying his head off.

The light in Trowa's room started to flicker and then it went out. So did every other light in the house� The air which was soaked with water was now drenched with the wile curses of Trowa.

"A black out? We have to get to the power box," said Quatre as he tried to grope his way around the darkness with Trowa. It wasn't a pretty sight to see the two of them hitting their heads on laptops (what), swords (?) and empty food packets (Duo's been eating too much again isn�t?).

The rain had stopped but the ground was still wet. When one runs on wet floor, one tends to fall and that's what Quatre did. He accidentally made a terrific slip followed by an equally terrific fall, isn't that convenient?

"Are you all right Quatre?" Trowa asked as he helped the Arabian boy to his feet.

"Yeah, just a little clumsy� but�" he was immediately cut off by a blazing light and then a 'ano�? I'm lost again'

After being blinded by the light for about 3 seconds or more, Trowa opened his eyes to see a cute girl with long straight black hair. Her eyes were blinking and they were huge, not naturally but because of shock mainly on her part.

"Ummm� Hi! I'm lost *sigh* again. Could you fine gentlemen let me know where I am?" asked the girl. She was still in shock as her eyes refused to return to their normal size.

"You're on the earth� Are you from any of the colonies?" answered Quatre whose eye size could also match hers.

"Earth? Not again! Wait a minute this looks familiar� I came here before a little while ago. Earth really has good-looking guys around eh? What? Guys? Yeah, I saw three handsome ones just now. Though only the one with the long braided hair talked. The one with the slightly slanted eyes refused to talk to me and the other one only said 'Omae O Korosu' � No, I don't know what happened to them. Gomen�" she replied in a rather sheepish voice.

"Well we seem to be missin�" and Quatre yet again interrupted by another bright light. This time a very angry yet very womanly voice rose among the bright burning lights.

"Viki! I've caught you now. If you want your 3 new found friends safe you'd better hand me over the Blazing Heart Rune now!" the origin of the voice had a very pretty face. She was beautiful in fact. She had long platinum blond hair and was chalk white. She also had a very prominent scar on her face as well as stern thin lips, which likewise matched her personality.

"Elza! What? But I thought Clive would have caught you by now? Eh? Wait a minute you're here too� Ano you got lost too isn't?"

As this point of time everyone had those usual 'anime' type of teardrops on top of their heads. Elza could not help but slap her forehead while mumbling about how Viki is such a ditz even in serious situations.

"You idiot! While you're wasting time here talking, the 3 boys you were talking too earlier on are being disposed off by Cammy and T'Qyeah! So hand over the rune now! I'll spare their lives for the rune." Continued Elza this time in an exasperated tone. "Oh dear� I suppose the two of you are coming with me� Teleportation unite!" said the girl who we now know is Viki.

"But where is Heero�" and Quatre was interrupted yet again by another blinding light and this time he, Trowa and Viki were in it!

"Oh great, now we have to baby-sit a bunch of kids� T'Qyeah, I thought we were mercenaries, paid to get treasure and to plunder and loot� NOT to baby-sit�" said a shrill voice which sounded exactly the same like the shrilled voice earlier on.

"I owe Elza a favour, she decided to collect it. You do know her don't you?" replied T'Qyeah in a low growl.

"Elza? Oh Elza� She's part of the Howling Guild or something like that?"

"Yeah. She helped me in something some time back." T'Qyeah was busy toasting some bread at the end of a stick with the fire. She was busy toasting it to pay any attention to the 'three kids' they had to baby-sit who were trapped in a cage.

"Hey you! Yeah, the one with wings and toasting bread. Let us out!!!!! Come on!!! Or I, shinigami will come after you!" said one of the kids in the cage. It was Duo.

"Braided boy, shut up or I'll decide to have you for dinner!" shouted Cammy in that shrill voice of hers.

"You? Have me for dinner? No way� Heck, you don't even look older then me!" replied the 'braided boy' in a tone dripping with sarcasm.

"Shut up, Duo. These people aren't exactly 'normal'. I wouldn't call anyone with wings on their back normal." whispered Wu Fei�

Unfortunately Duo didn't take Wu Fei's advice and started hurling more insults towards Cammy. Insults concerning about her pale skin, her purple shaded hair and others�

"Why you're hair is so limp and you're teeth� God you're teeth is so crooked and so sharp� SHARP???? What a minute!!!� You have fangs!!!! " Duo nearly jumped out of his skin as he observed her sharp fangs protruding at the side of her mouth.

"Always surprises them, these pathetic humans. Isn't T'Qyeah." Cammy gave a wide triumphant smile. T'Qyeah only grunted back, she was apparently too engrossed with toasting her bread to even care what was going on.

"Let me ask you a question� How old are you?" said Cammy as she advanced closer to the cage, eyeing Duo in a hungry manner.

"I am� Iiiii� aaa..mmm 16� Why?" seemingly he must have thought that he was going to be Cammy's dinner.

"Well, that explains so much" she scoffed with a flick of her purple hair which was glistening in the firelight.

"Why? How old are you?"

"Even if I told you, you'd never believe." She smirked even more. Cammy was having a lot of fun with Duo at the moment.

"Try me!" he said with a certain confidence in his voice.

"Well in human years, I'd be 46 this year after the Luchach Festival." She shrugged with the remark, her eyes giving a mischievous grin.

"46? What? You look so young�"

A bright light soon envelops the campsite and a girl's scream could be heard.

"Did I make it this time? Please say I did�"

"Where are we?" Quatre asked as he got up from something soft only to realise that he was lying on top of a gargoyle like creature with human features.

"Viki! What are you doing here�" growled T'Qyeah in an angry voice. Viki, Trowa and Quatre had landed right on top of T'Qyeah causing her to drop and burn her toast in the process. She was not in a happy mood�

"What are you?" Quatre exclaimed as he leapt up and quickly backed away from the towering gargoyle creature that was not in a happy mood.

T'Qyeah regarded Quatre's remark as an insult and refused to answer Quatre's question. Instead she narrowed her eyes at Viki.

"Oh Hi T'Qyeah. You have to let the 3 boys go! This has nothing to do with you. Elza is a wanted criminal now."

"Sorry Viki, a favour is a favour." Shrugged T'Qyeah as she prepared another piece of bread to toast. The frigid night air soon filled with more curses from T'Qyeah as she realised that there was no more bread in the sack.

"Well, T'Qyeah you owe me a favour too. Remember you landed up in jail and I got you out? So now I'm claiming that favour back! I want the 3 boys' back�" Viki said gaily knowing that T'Qyeah had a very high sense of honour when it came to promises and favours.

"I suppose I have to give you the 3 boys back� Are you sure you don't want anything else? The braided boy looks very delicious to eat, now that my meat bread is no more." She gave a small pout and she played around with the burnt pieces of bread.

"I was having so much fun with the braided boy� Can we keep him T'Qyeah?" said Cammy as she flashed a smile towards Duo who eyes were bulging out of horror. In the background, he was busy rambling that he was not delicious, nor was he a pet and that his name was Duo and not 'that kid' with as much efficiency as a noisy lawnmower. As usual nobody paid any attention to him.

"Is he always this noisy?" said Viki as she covered her ears while one eye closed. A pain look etched on her face as she tried to remember a spell for earplugs.

"Yes" was everyone else's reply. She instantaneously rolled her eyes at the remark.

"Anyway, Cammy I don't think you'd want keep him as a pet. And I'm positive T'Qyeah, so let the 3 boys go."

T'Qyeah gave a slight nod to acknowledge that she will grant Viki her request. She then chanted a spell to release Duo, Heero and Wu Fei from the mystical cage.

"Thanks a bunch guys! I was nearly that woman's dinner!" said Duo as he pointed out Cammy to Quatre and Trowa.

"No need to thank us. Thank�" and Quatre was interrupted again by another voice. Quatre this time mutters on about how he is always interrupted.

"You aren't going anywhere�" said a husky male voice.

"So don't try to run away on me here." Continued the voice as it ended with a very haunting laugh.
