| This is a wide field photo of the constellation Cygnus which lies in the Cygnus arm of our own Milky Way Galaxy. The red patch in the center of the photo is NGC7000 or the "North America Nebula" so named for it's distinctive shape resembling the North American Continent. This image is a composite of two 10 minute exposures at f/2.8 on Fuji Superia 800 negative film. |
