| Jan. 22, 2002 Well, I'm not a happy Des. First, gurlpages is unavailible for editting for nearly a month. Okay, it isn't that big of a deal. Then, they aren't back when they say they're going to be. It's not too bad, it's just a few days. More than a week passes with no word, so I start moving over here to geocities, but with no hard feelings for gurlpages, and fully intend to still use it for some things when it can be editted again. Then, they say they'll inform you when it's back if you email them a request. Oh, how nice. Then today I get an email saying gurlpages can be editted again. So, I go to edit my page. When I get to the site, it won't let me sign in, I try again, and again, and finally it signs me in, and then it tells me that I don't have an opening page, so I try to edit, and it tells me to "sign up now!" So, now I'm a little worried, and I go to see if my page is still there, and it's just a neon green screen with regular black text, with no pictures, and none of the links work!!! Not only did they tell me I could edit my page again, when I clearly can't, THEY KILLED THE PAGES THAT I ALREADY HAD UP!!! ARRRRGGGHH!!! Stupid, stupid, stupid, mean, misleading, evil, not nice, biznatchy, dumb, dishonest, evil, evil, evil, evil GURLPAGES!!! *weep* Rant addition from next day: Gurlpages will now let me edit, but it's doing evil things. I'm scared. The old page is now offically dead. |
