Part five: New Dangers

Anna running to looking for Ryo. She can't wait to tell him the good news. Anna stopped and saw Rowen hug Keda. She can't help but smile. Happy thing is happen to her too. "If I were Ryo, where I go?" said Anna.

She has idea. Anna uses her magic to zap herself. Later, Anna floating in the air to looking for Ryo.

"Maybe he gone to drink blood." said Anna.

Something caught her attention. Ryo! He was sitting on the roof of the castle. Anna giggle and coming down. Ryo saw Anna coming.

"Hey. Where are you?" said Ryo.

"Hmpt! I try to find you!" said Anna.

Ryo laughing.

"I have great news!" said Anna.

"Really? What's it?" said Ryo.

"Keda and I looking for a way to change you guys back into human!" said Anna.

Ryo didn't surprise or shock. His face slowly sad.

"Ryo? What's wrong?" said Anna, sitting down.

"Anna, I think I'll tell you the truth." said Ryo, slowly look up at Anna.

"You think there's no way to find a curse for you?" said Anna.

"Oh, no. Not that.." said Ryo, sighed.

"What's it?" said Anna, holding Ryo's hand and rubbing her cheek against his hand.

"You have beautiful smooth skin." Said Ryo.

"Thanks but please tell me what's wrong." Said Anna.

"I know you want to find the curse that'll change us normal but. Anna, I'm not what I am..." said Ryo.

"What's you mean?" said Anna, still holding his hand.

"Anna, I don't know how to say that but. I'm not human.. I'm real vampire." Said Ryo.

Anna gasped and looks at Ryo.

"I was born vampire. It's in my blood. All my family are vampire too." Said Ryo.

Anna knows it's stupid to ask but she wants to know.

"What's happen to your family?" said Anna.

"All got killed by Nick's army. And I'm only last in family." Said Ryo.

"No! You're not!" said Anna.

Ryo look at her, shock.

"We'll marry and have our own children! That's our future! Don't give it up!" said Anna.

Her tears are running down on her cheek.

"Anna." said Ryo, dries Anna's tears.

Anna moved fast and throws her arms around Ryo. He was shock, then smile. He hugs her.

"I know how much you love me but what if our children are vampire like me? And what if the other people tease to our kids?" said Ryo.

"That's not true! I'm sure there's a way to change you! Do you?" said Anna.

"I'm not sure about that.. I mean can it change my blood of vampire?" said Ryo.

"We'll see. We'll see." said Anna.

A young man came out of the slim cocoon. His body covered slimly. He knows his father is dead but not his mom. He laughs evil.

"Mom, I'll coming and will kill your mate that kill father."

He opened his eyes. He has blue and brown eyes.

"And your friends too."

He is laughing loud than before.

Thunderwith's hooves pounded against the ground as he and his rider came to a small house. When they arrived his rider dismounted and walked into the building. When she came in there was a man sitting at a table, in front of him were stacks and stacks of books.

He spoke in his British accent, "Akira, what are you doing back here so early?"

"Edward I needed to restock." Akira replied.

"Oh I see. Have you found Keda yet?" He asked.

Edward looked at his younger pupil for a moment. "No, but I think I know where she was a few hours ago."

"Really, where?"

"Nick's castle. The place is in ruin and I found one of these." Akira said as she tossed a stake to the man besides her.

"I see. So that was her handiwork."

As they talked a girl walked in the room. Her hands were at her hips. And around her hips was a belt with a row of stakes and one empty slot. She spoke, "And you were gonna give me back my stake when?"

Akira and Edward looked up from the weapons locker and journal. Akira dropped the ax in her hands and embraced the girl. Akira spoke, "Keda! You came back!"

"Yes, but I can't stay. I've gotta get back to my camp site," She lied.

"Edward, where's the Book of Shadows that I left here?"

The middle-aged man looked over at his older pupil and pointed to the shelf directly besides Akira.

"Why are you taking back your book?" Edward asked.

Keda replied, "Because I need it. And besides, it belongs to my family."

Edward nodded and continued to read. By this time Akira was fully stocked with weapons and was looking up something one of the reference books.

Keda spoke as she left; "I'll see you guys around."

And with that the slayer was gone.

After she was gone Edward asked, "Why do you suppose she took the Book of Shadows with her?"

"I dunno. I gave up trying to figure her out a long time ago," Replied Akira as she copied something from her reference book; "See ya." Akira picked up her things and left. Edward sighed as he wrote something in his journal.

As Keda neared the castle she figured she had about four or five hours until sunset. Last night had been wonderful but she would need to concentrate on what she was trying to accomplish; find a way to turn the boys back into humans.

Anna met her at the castle gates with tears in her eyes. Keda asked, "What's wrong Anna?"
Anna sniffled, "Ryo was born a vampire and he thinks that.that there's no way to change him into a human."

"Oh. Well, I suppose that would be a problem. But maybe this will have an answer or a spell or something in it we could use." Keda said as she patted the Book of Shadows with her right hand.

Anna whipped away her tears and led Keda down to their make shift lab where they had test tubes filled with all sorts of stuff. Including blood.

The man finished whipping away the slime from his cocoon and walked over to a small pedestal. Before he stopped, he look down and try to find the pant. He saw a dead vampire with pant. He took it off and put it on his legs.

He spoke, "Now, with this I can control all the zombies and demons I want."

A fairy or sorts flew up to him and spoke, "What is it Lord Marc?"

Marc replied, "This, Angeles, is the Omega Book. It will bring doom to my mother and her mate, the one whom killed my father."

Angeles replied, "And how will you do that my liege."

"Simple, I will hunt them down and kill my mother's friends and protectors then I will destroy her and her mate."

"It's brilliant my liege, simply brilliant!"

Anna dropped a few droplets of her blood into the test tube. She asked, "And tell me again why you needed a sample of my blood to!"

"Because this way I can see how strong of a dosage to give you when I make sure that this potion works."

"And how will you know!"

"Look in the microscope and tell me what you see clutching to your blood cells genius!"

Anna looked in the microscope and saw a sample of her blood. And clutching to it fleas to a dog were these yellowish spheres. The cells were turning form red to purple.

"EWWWWWWW! I didn't need to see that!"

"Tell me about it. But the stuff that's clinging to the guy's cells is blue and they're turning the cells orange. So I divided this tube of Kento's blood into three tubes and added a few different chemicals."

"And.come on spill the beans."

"And! When I added Ammonia to one of the tubes they blood turned back to normal."

"Are you sure this'll work?"

"Yea, I mean it has to. Besides if we give them just the right amount of this then it should work."

"And what's that you're Royal Highness?"

"No need to get all aggravated at me. Yeesh. It is garlic juice, a drop or two of my blood, ammonia, and a whole lot of their blood."

"I am gonna hurl."

"Ha ha, very funny. But it'll work, I've already tested it on this little vampire bunny."

Keda held up a black and white rabbit that had just hours earlier tried to suck her blood and was now trying to get the carrot in her hand. Keda put the animal and the carrot in its cage and picked up a hypodermic needle.

"Now it's your turn!" Smiled Keda.

"Oh no you don't! You are so not going to inject me with that." Anna replied.

"Well then I guess you are stuck as a vampire for the rest of your life." Keda growled.

"Fine."

Anna shut her eyes and rolled up her left sleeve. A few moments later she felt a prick in her arm and then a needle cam out. Anna opened her eyes and placed her hand over the small cut and when she removed her hand it was gone.

Marc walked out of his 'hole in the ground' at sunset and headed up the hill. He looked off to his left and saw a tall building against the pale colored horizon. Then he began to run in that direction.

'Soon mother, very soon you and your companions will join father.'

Thunderwith slid up to the castle and Akira jumped off.

"So, this is their hang out." Akira walked in and slipped into a dark room.

A few moments later, she heard a few people's voices. She flattened herself up against the wall.

Sage spoke, "So exactly what is this big surprise?"

"You'll see." Anna replied.

Rowen demanded, "Ryo, you know something that you're not telling us!"

"I promised I wouldn't tell," Ryo said.

Akira watched from the room where she was. The group passed in front of a mirror and the boys were reflection less. She grabbed two stakes from her belt and leaped out behind the group grabbing Sai behind the back with a stake at his throat.

Sai croaked, "Guys, a little help here."

"Nice try vampires. One false move and I kill your pal. Not like it's really gonna matter." Akira grumbled.

Keda came out of nowhere and kicked Akira in the ribs, "Don't even think about it. Anna, get the guys out of here!"

"I've got the you know what and we are outtie," Anna said as she pulled the guys out the door.

"Keda! What are you doing protecting vampires!"

"They are my friends and I won't let you kill them Akira! Nick is gone. Isn't that enough for you anymore?!"

"NO! He's not gone. Not completely! I saw something on my way over. It was Nick, and he had the Omega Book. And you know what that means!"

"Oh god. Anna and the others!" The two girls ran out the door and jumped the fence.

Anna and the boys stopped running at the top of a hill. Rowen stopped to catch his breath and dropped to the ground.

Behind a tree Marc and Angeles sat, staring and waiting. Waiting for the perfect time to strike.
