A black wolf is lying by the Sun. She is sleeping peaceful. She loves to sleep and like to be stay up late to hunting. She doesn't want to wake up; she wants to sleep forever. The gray wolf ran and found the black wolf. She woke up and saw the gray wolf. He is growling. (that's how they can talk) The black wolf's ears went up, shocked. She get up and running.

Before she went inside the cave, she is transformed into human. Her hair is black. Her eyes are green. Her hair isn't straight, it's wild hair. Her short pant is blue. The young woman's hair fell over her shoulders and covers her breasts. She hears somebody's heart is beating slowly. She fears that her father is near to death. She saw the old man is lying on the ground.

"Daddy? Please don't leave me!" said the young woman.

"My time has come, Okami." Said the man.

The tears came out of her eyes. Her father reached something out of his pocket.

"Okami, I want you keep this. It's belong to our family." Said the old man.

On his hand, the necklace has the gold coin. It have picture of the wolf opened its jaw. The ruby is in its' mouth.

"Okami.." said the old man.

"Yes, Daddy?"

"I want you wearing that necklace all the time until you have your own mate. When you find him, give him the necklace. It'll change his life forever. I want you find your own mate. That's my dying wish." Said Okami's father.

Okami was shocked and gasped. She held the necklace tight, never let it go.

"But why? I'm 16 years old. I'm not ready for that." Said Okami.

"Okami, most of werewolves have their own mate at age 16. I want you find one before it was too late."

"Daddy, if you died, the pack needs the leader! And I can't be the leader if I'm female! You know the leader must be male."

"Then let your future mate to be leader of the pack."

Okami's eyes are still water. She doesn't want lost her father. He is only person she loves. Her older brothers and her older sisters have their own mate and children. She is younger daughter of the leader of the pack. They try to find the mate for her but she doesn't want to. She wants to find her own.

"Okami, that's my dying wish.. I want you find your mate and let him to be leader." Said her father.

"But why me? Why not my older brothers?" said Okami.

"I know but I want the younger male to be leader rest of his life. If I let your brother as a leader, that's mean his life will be short if he is older."

"Daddy.." said Okami.

Her voice is breaking up. She is still crying. Her father touches her hand with his gnarled hand.

"Promise me, find your own mate and let him to be leader. Promise!"

"I promise! Please don't leave me!" said Okami.

Her old father is smiled for last time, then close his eyes. Okami hear his heart has stopped beating. She was shocked. Lots of tears came out of her eyes.

"DADDY!! NNNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!" cried Okami.

Her third older sister heard everything. She loved her father too. All the hopes are now in their younger sister's hands.

"Chichiri, how long it'll take?!" said Tasuki, whining.

"In awhile. You know that meal takes awhile." Said Chichiri.

"But we're staving to death!" said Tasuki and Miaka.

Chichiri rolled his eyes. Few hours ago, he caught the fish, clean it and cooking. Tasuki thought he saw something. It's look like a wolf but it was gone. He hears the noise. Tasuki looked and shocked. Miaka is eating his meal!

"Don't eat my meal!!" said Tasuki, hitting her with his fan.

Okami watched her brothers buried the leader of the pack. Her first sister is standing next by her. She has newborn baby in her arms. The baby is one week old.

"Okami, go find your mate." Said Rose.

She looked at her young sister. Okami is nodded. She is never forgetting her father's dying wish.

"Do you have your necklace?" said Rose.

"Yes. It's right here." Said Okami.

"Wear it now. Don't worry about the kids. I'll watch for you." Said Rose.

Before Okami answer, she saw the wolf ran. That wolf is Okami's fifth brother.

"Big brother!" said Okami.

"Zack?" said Rose.

"Human! They're in our area! We have to leave to fight against them! Call al the males!" said Zack.

"I'll go!" said Okami.

"Okami! Don't!" said Rose.

"But I want to help! And I hate the hunters too! You need me!" said Okami.

"She's right. We need her. Remember last time?" Said Okami's first brother.

::Flashback::

Okami is running. She is in her werewolf form. The five hunters are chasing her. She ran into the dead end. She looked back and saw the hunters are standing few yards away from Okami. They are going to kill her but something happens that Okami is cofussed. Her blood is boiling. Her body is so hot like she is on fire. She was rising her hand up.

"Wolf fang!!!!" yelled Okami

The wall was blown up and the head of the wolf came nowhere. The hunters try to get away from the fire head of the wolf but it was too late. They're caught in the fire. Okami is really enjoying this. She can't stop wiggling her tail.

::End of flashback::

"You need me and my power!" said Okami.

"Ok! C'mon! Let kick some butt!" said Jim. (Okami's second brother)

Okami and her brothers are transform into their werewolf form. The females and the children are watching half of the pack is running.

"Please, be careful, Aunt Okami.." said Al. (Okami's nephew)

The gangs are finishes eating with their meal. Tamahome and Chirio threw the fish bones in the river.

"Tamahome! Can we'll walking close to the river?" said Miaka.

"What? But it's too dark!" said Tasuki.

"Not anymore! Look at the moon! It's full moon! You can see easy with moonlight!" said Miaka.

"Sound good!" said Tamahome.

He and Miaka are walking through the forest where the river is. Tasuki was sighed. He looked at the full moon. He heard of the legend about something happen during the full moon. He can't put his finger on. Maybe a monster came out or something else. The gangs hear Miaka's scream.

"Miaka?!" said the gangs.

They saw Miaka and Tamahome are running. Miaka is still screaming.

"MONSTERS!!!!!" said Miaka.

"No! Wolves!! The huge one!" said Tamahome.

They saw the pack of the wolves. But there's something wrong with the wolves. It's almost look like half human, half wolf.

"Werewolves!!" said Chichiri.

"Sister dear, are you hungry? If you do, which humans do you like to eat?" said Jim.

His fur is sliver. His eyes are yellow like the full moon. Okami, the black werewolf is looking at the mortals who running away from the werewolves. She saw a young man who is redhead and has the iron fan in his hand. Okami is licked her mouth. She is very hungry.. Her blood went wild and boiling. She can't wait. All she wants is kill. KILL!! The echo is in her mind. The only words are kill and eat! Okami is growling. She can't wait to eat that human.

"I'll take that human." Growling Okami.

"Ok. Hope you enjoy your meal. I bet they wish they were never entering our area.. Hehe.." said Jim.

"Human are so easy to kill.." said Okami.

Jim is laughing.

"Truth!" said Jim.

"See ya in the morning."

" 'Kay."

They both are running but Okami turn the another way. She can't wait to eat him. Kill! Kill! Kill! The echo went through her ears.

Tasuki was gasped when he saw the black werewolf was jumped on him. When he fell down, the werewolf's claw torn his clothes. Tasuki yelled in the pain. His chest is bleeding. Tasuki kicked the werewolf off him. The werewolf didn't fell down. It was land on its paws like the cat.

"So, want me? Then you'll get it!! Gen-Jutsu! Shien- Garou!" yelled Tasuki, threw the talismans.

The wolves came out of nowhere. The werewolf was shocked. She has no idea where they came from. She ripped the wolves in half but was shocked. No blood, no body, nothing. Just the pieces of the papers are flying. She is confused. Tasuki is laughing. The black werewolf looked at him. But how?! How he do that?! Thought Okami.

This time, she was very shocked. While the human is laughing, she saw his fangs. Could be he is werewolf?! But he is still smell like a human! Thought Okami. Tasuki wonder why that werewolf is wearing short pant. He think that werewolf is a female. That monster's sides are too small for male.

But I won't let that fool me! Thought Okami. The werewolf is attack again. Tasuki pulled his iron fan out.

"Rekka Shinen!!" said Tasuki.

The werewolf was shocked to saw the fire came out of nowhere. But she is not going be in that attack. She was jumped out of the air. Tasuki is gasped when he saw the werewolf is in the air. When the werewolf landed on him, Tasuki is yelled in pain. Without the warning, the werewolf hit him hard. When Tasuki went through the tree, before he passes out, he saw the another werewolf, then he passes out.

"Good job, Okami. You show that human how powerful we are." Said Jim.

"He is not human. He is werewolf." Said Okami.

"What?! But he is smell like a human!" said Jim.

"He has fang, fire, and everything that we have. I think the human may found him when he is in his human form. He may forgot about become werewolf.." Said Okami.

"You're right. They mistake us as human. We can't change into werewolf until the age of 6." Said Jim.

Okami is walking to Tasuki. Before she lifted him, she licked his face. I'm sorry but I have to knock you to make you pass out. Thought Okami, carry Tasuki on her back.

The pack of the werewolves hears Jim's howl. They're back up and running away from the humans. Tamahome saw the werewolf is howling but he's disappeared.

"They're gone. Is everybody ok?" said Nurko.

"Yeah. We are." Said Mitsukake.

"No! Something is wrong!" said Chichiri.

"What? What is that?" said Miaka.

"Where is Tasuki?!" said Chichiri.

Everybody is gasp. Miaka looked at the path where the werewolves disappeared. Miaka is shock.

"Could that why they're back up when they got Tasuki?!" said Miaka.

Everybody knew she is right.

Tasuki woke up. He found himself inside the large cave. He gets up fast. He forgot about his wounds. The pains strike in his chest.

"Ow!" said Tasuki.

"Don't get up! You make it get worse!"

Tasuki looked up and saw the tall young woman. His eyes poped out when he found out that woman isn't wearing a shirt, wearing only the short pant. But her long black hair is covering her breasts. Tasuki is blushing.

"Baku! You make it bleeding again!" said the young woman, ran to him.

Tasuki was shocked that he didn't have his shirt on. His chest is cover of bandages. The woman is right. His shoulder is bleeding again. Tasuki was shocked that the young woman is licking his shoulder. Tasuki pushed her. When she land on the ground, she got mad.

"Hey! What's the big idea?!" said the woman.

"That's what I'm going to ask!" said Tasuki.

"Baku! I'm try to stop your bleeding and clean your wound!"

Tasuki looked at his shoulder. She is right.

"I'm sorry.. I thought you do something stupid." Said Tasuki.

"Well, duh! I am not!" said the young woman.

Tasuki looked at her again; try not to look at her chest.

"I have a question. Why you didn't wearing the shirt?" said Tasuki, blushing.

"Shirt? No! We females don't need that!"

Tasuki's eyes went big. There's more women have no shirt? Oh boy! I think I'm going like here! Thought Tasuki.

"And I have question. Why you wearing the shirt? You don't need that!" said the young woman.

Tasuki fell over. Don't tell me. Men are not wearing the shirts too?! Thought Tasuki.

Man, I never understand the human.. Thought Okami, sweatdrops.

"What's your name? My name is Tasuki." Said Tasuki.

"I'm Okami. Your clothes are cover blood so I wash them." Said Okami.

Tasuki looked under the blanket. He is wearing only his boxer. He is blushing. Okami is sweatdrop. Why the humans feel so shame when they're nude? Thought Okami.

"I hope your parents didn't caught you for that.." said Tasuki.

Okami is gasps. Tasuki look at her, shocked. Okami's green eyes are full of water, like she is going to cry.

"What's wrong? Is there something I say?" said Tasuki.

"No.. My mother died when she gave birth to me. And my father.." said Okami, crying.

"He is died today. He has heart problem.. Why?! Why he have to dead?! He is only person I loved!" said Okami, crying.

She felt something warm, like somebody hold her. Okami saw Tasuki is holding her.

"Don't cry. He doesn't want you to be sad. He want you to be happy." Said Tasuki.

Okami is stopped cry. Her blood is very hot, making her sweat little. She is very tired. She wants to sleep. Tasuki, please to be our leader and be my mate.. Please.. Thought Okami.

"No! They're not!" said Tamahome.

"But what if they ate Tasuki?!" said Miaka.

"What make you think?!"

"Because the werewolves are killer!"

"Odd.." said Chichiri.

"What? What's wrong?" said Nuriko.

Chichiri stood where the werewolf attacked Tasuki. He saw the pieces of papers and grass that was burn.

"Please explain!" said Miaka.

"It look like Tasuki used the talismans and his fan but none work. That werewolf attacked him and he went through that tree; cause Tasuki to have more wounds. I think that's when Tasuki is passed out." Said Chichiri.

"Is that mean the werewolf ate him?" said Miaka.

"That part is still puzzled me. No, she didn't." said Chichiri.

"Whoa! How you tell that werewolf is a female?" said Tamahome.

"That footprint is too small for male. I heard the legend that werewolf is killed and eats but that werewolf didn't kill or eat Tasuki. I wonder why."

"So, that's mean Tasuki is alive somewhere?" said Nuriko.

"Correct."

::Inside the dream::

Okami, in her werewolf form, have no idea where she is. Okami try to listen the heart or smell something but nothing. It's so dark. Later, Okami smell something burn. She jerks her head and saw the fire. The fire is around and too close to Okami but it didn't burn her.

"That's right. I'm Phoenix Werewolf. The fire and the heat won't hurt me or burn me.." said Okami.

There is much different kind of werewolves. The different kinds of powers are fire, ice, water, wind, earth, and spirits. She knew all the werewolves live all over the world. She hopes that the hunters didn't kill the werewolves.

"Okami.."

Okami was shocked. She hears somebody but how? She can hear the heart is beating miles away but where that voice came from? A ghost?

"Okami, you are one of warrior of Priestess of Suzaku."

"Suzaku? What are you mean? I'm not warrior! I'm werewolf! This is misunderstand!" said Okami.

"One of warrior of Suzaku."

Okami saw the bright stars. She knew what is that.

"What?! That's same stars I saw when I was seven year old!" said Okami.

"This stars has a name. It called 'Okami'."

"What?!" said Okami.

"This star is close to the another stars called, 'Tasuki'."

"Tasuki?! That's the teenage male's name I saved!" said Okami.

Everything is quiet. Okami felt something burn on her left arm. Painful. Too painful.. Okami is yelling in pain.

::End of dream::

Okami woke up, panting hard. It's the entire dream. She felt something on her back. It's Tasuki's arm. She found herself laying next by Tasuki. Okami is smiled. She is happy that Tasuki chose her to be his mate.. After you're recover, I want tell you to be our leader. Thought Okami. She thinks it's the entire dream until she felt the pain in her left arm. Okami looked and shocked. She saw the same red mark on her arm. That's mean one thing. The dream is came true.
