Jumping between Manhattan and Fire Island vignettes carry us from the it-coudn't happen to me mentality of the early days of the disease to the invasive effect it has had on all of our lives, today.

However, a paramilitary group has chosen the same time to go camping. When one of the soldiers their boss has been killed by one of the city slickers, he coaxes his team into exterminating all of them. They will have to rely on there wits and on each other in order to survive.
