About author and his book

Derkachov Anatoly Anatolievich Doctor of science (technics) in 1973, in 1956 - candidate of science.

In 1950     - graduated from Physic-mathematical faculty of Rostov University.
1950-1958 - reader of Novocherkask Polytechnical Institute.
1958-1964 - Head of laboratory of Algorithmic presentation (structural seismology) in Seismology Inst., Tadjik Academy of Science (Dushanbe).
1964-1969 - Senior research worker in Dept. of Algorithmic presentation of Cybernetic Inst. (Kiev, Ukrainean Academy of Science).
1969-1977 - Head of Algorithmic presentation laboratory in Seismology Inst. (Dushanbe).
1977-1986 - Head of laboratory Head of Department in Kiev Research and experimental designing Institute.
1986-1996 - main research worker in Research Inst. of Building Structure (Kiev).
1980-2000 -  intensive work at the book "Fundamentals of Neorelativistic Mechanics", published in 2000, Kiev.

Author worked at his book with the purpose of follows:
1) to find more general (then Poincare's) group for transformations of coordinates in any multy-body (multi-particle) problem, which will have several independent invariants;

2) the solutions of concrete problems ought to be expressed by means of independent (from neorelativistic frame of reference) functional relationships between such independent invariants;

3) theoretical neorelativistic solutions must be verified by existing experiments, and all equations of motion in kinematics and dynamics (in their out word appearance) in neorelativistic mechanics need only to use argument t (invariant time) instead of "absolute" time t in classical mechanics;

4) to argue (prove) the possibility to construct the deterministic Quantum Mechanics, which foresaw Einstein and Dirac.
