We had the ultrasound today, and at 18 weeks our little one looked very healthy, wiggled like crazy, and was shown to be a GIRL! She's now almost 8 inches long and weighs 8 oz. Ultrasounds are certainly amazing - we could see her open and close her mouth, move her arms, do dizzying spins, see the four chambers of her heart pumping, etc. I'm just reeling from the experience. We're due March 27.
Otherwise we are well, but very busy. Meredith is very proud of the fact that she is going to be a big sister, and likes to sing to the baby and proclaim that she is "wiggling around" - which, indeed, she is!
