It's In Every Single One Of Us
Wow, it sure is great to be back to regular classes, however tired I may feel right now. My new class is great, I'm making a lot more new friends, if only I could remember their names all the time... I have also been thinking of new ways to improve the site. I added a message board only yesterday, and tried doing other stuff, but geocities then decided to go stupid on me and not let me save anything. Figures.

It is only three months until I go home. Not much longer, now. I have added some reasons for not wanting to go back, I believe (but don't get me wrong, I still do want to come back). I just happened to bump into two people (who shall be remain un-named, since I'm trying to be nice) on MSN who reminded me what jerks people are. Now, there are people like this in Japan, I'm sure, but since September, the only thing that has really offended me came from these two people. Now, if you're curious, the comment wasn't even about me, but I'm not going to repeat it. It was rude and I think you should grow up. You know who you are. I don't expect they care about remaining un-named, either, as they would go on bragging about it if they read it on here anyway. Bunch of jerks.

Well, I've been bitter enough for today. Check out the message board and write anything you want. That's why I added it. Also, if you want a good listening, I just bought `Paper Tigers` by Caesars. It's quite good. But I'll catch you all later. Enjoy youselves, and next time you feel like being a jerk, do the hard thing and try to not be one.

Back To School
Yes! Whoo! I did it! I survived the month of March with no school, without dying from boredom or too much rugby! Now THERE is an accomplishment.

Well, I am feeling quite great. I'm enjoying my time here in Japan, and I've been hanging out with my Japanese friends a bit more lately. Today was officially the first day of school, although actual classes don't begin until Friday (I have to wait two more days!). I am really looking forward to meeting my new class. It's kind of interesting, actually. My friend Kobayashi pointed out to me that I will have done Grade 10 three times when I go back. Yes, I am a grade 10 student here, since I'm an exchange student. I found that quite funny, and, quite true.I can't wait to meet my new classmates. I know for sure I am in the same class as my friends Nishikawa and Satoko, though, so I can't complain with that, and the teacher is super cool.

Well, recently I've been doing a bit of stuff. The other day I went to Sakuragicho and Yokohama with Nagisa, and her sister, Yuri, wanted to meet me, so she came, too. It was pretty fun. They dragged me into Bridget Jones' Diary 2, to which not I, but NAGISA fell asleep during. It should have been me! Oh, alright, I won't lie. It was SOMEWHAT funny. And corny. But hey, I'm not here to talk about movies. A bunch of my rugby friends and I also went to
Purikura, which was fun. Minus the part that we were actually stuffing several smelly rugby players into a hot, confined space for a few minutes at a time.

And well, I guess soem of you may want to hear about my trip to
Hakone, with my Photography club. I'll try not to write a lot, but if you want more, remember you can always just e-mail me some hate mail and tell me to put some more info up. Well, it went for a whole weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and was TONS of fun! It was way too short. Basically we went around to different places in Hakone, taking pictures and just hanging out. We satyed in a traditional-style Japanese inn (ryokan), which was pretty cool, except for the part that I'm a slob, so when people came in to lay out the futon (or put them away), they would attempt to clean up after me and move my stuff all over the room.

There were some nice onsen (hot springs) at the inn, also. There is no better feeling than waking up and heading straight into those onsen (in no more than the suit you were born with, of course). But yeah, again, if you want more details (about the trip, not my birthday suit! Weirdos...), just mail me. After, Nagisa, Satoko and I ate some delicious soba, and then went for a few hours of karaoke.

But I guess that basically covers most of the interesting things lately. I would have more, but I am a slave to rugby. On the other hand, I'm macho! Whoo! I have been having mixed feelings lately. It is only about another three months until I'm home. Now, you can look at this two ways: either that's too far away, or it's too soon. I seem to have a problem...I look at it both ways! But, I think three months really isn't that long, and I have some really good friends here that I will probably never see again. So, I'm going to really live these last three months. That means no rest! Do somethign everyday! It also means less updating of the site, but I will still try to keep everyone informed. I'm just going to regret it if I don't enjoy these last few months as much as I can. But, I suppose I'm off for now. I wrote quite an entry. Sorry. I'll catch all of you soon! Thanks for reading.

Changing The Site
Well, I've decided to change this site a bit. I say a bit, because I'm not going to change it a whole lot. I'm going to make my blog a bit more interesting, and try to update it as much as I can, so you can be interested right from the first page of my site! Whoo! How cool does that sound, eh? I'll put the recent entries on the first page, then wehn it's gets full, i'll put them in with the entries. So, that that I've filled you in, I guess I'll get on with it...

I will fill you all in about the trip to Hakone I just went on as soon as possible, but I need to write about it in my journal first, as a promise I made to myself. If I write on this site about it, then I really won't feel like writing it in my journal. I'm almost done anyway, so you shouldn't have to wait that long. If there is anyone waiting at all, that is.

Which brings me to my next point, I guess. I do really wonder how many people check this site regularly. I wonder if this is just a waste of time. But then I think I can read back and other people can too, about thsi exchange. Also, who knows what I'll do with it once this exchange is over. But anyway, time to go. I've got to make plans to see a movie. Until next time.
