Mechanical Mayhem is written on the back, and there are NO sponsers logos. Both shoulders have the #38 written on it. Background: Not much is known about the Twister before the age of sixteen. All anyone knows is that his parents are dead (by what he won't say), and that Twister was raised by his uncle. In 1993, the D-Derby scene in Indianapolis was shattered by the coming of a 17 year old kid named Terrence Thompson. This kid was good, and he was quickly elevated to the higher ranks. By 18, he was competing in the World League of Destruction Derbys, the nation's most premier D-Derby org. In 1994, he was the rookie of the year, and he won the title four years running from 1995-1998. In mid 1999, Twister began having mental problems, and began driving illegally. After achieving numerous fines, Twister was thrown out of the WLDD at the end of the 1999 season. Realizing that his life as a derbyman was over, Twister entered a mental institution to get mental help. He was in the institution for nearly two years. In August of 2001, Twister was released, a saner, happier man. Knowing that he could not return to the sport he loved, but still in search for an adrenaline rush, Twister joined the Boston based ReWF, a small indie fed. Soon after joining, Twister was joined by his girlfriend Wendy Briese. When the ReWF shut down in January 2002, Twister was loving what he was doing too much to just stop, so he and Wendy formed the WhirlyBirdz and joined the EWF, then joined the GCW to do some double duty. Twister made a brief comeback to the Derbyin February 2002, placing 2nd in the 50-car Derby Before Daytona. Shortly after, Twister held his hands up high when he was crowned the GCW champion, only to have Sassy steal his belt. Twister, however got it back, and went on to become the ONLY GCW champion. Twister also began finding success in the EWF, starting with a surprise victory over The New Breed in a battle Royal. Although he and Wendy (who co-won the battle royal) later got murdered by Tobias Gray, the WhirlyBirdz spark had started. Since then, the Birdz have gone on a tremendous winning streak, including winning the tag belts over The New Breed, and retaining them over the Lincoln Park Mafia at Re-Birth. Unfortunately, low ratings and a severe case of apathy in the locker room forced the GCW to close in late march. However, some light did come out of this, as Twister and Wendy found out that their first love, the old ReWF, had reopened as the REV. Now the Birdz join a plethora of wrestlers returning to the REV. Style: Twister is good, but he rarely uses suplexes and other more grapple style move. The half-crab is his only submission hold, and he uses it rarely. Twister more relies on high impact moves and DDTs to get the job done. Twister refrains from using foreign objects, unless his opponents already using one, and only if the match is no-holds barred. Twister NEVER uses a foreign object in a match where there banned. Twister wrestles mostly by the book, and rarely cheats or carries on after the bell. 8 Favorite Moves: Spear DDT Super DDT Missile Dropkick Half-Crab Firemans Carry Spinning Heel Kick Fishermans Suplex Trademark Move: Head-On Collision (X-Factor) Finishing Moves: 1.
