Hometown: Beverly Hills, CA Entrence Music: Ode to Joy Remix Appearence: The handsome, blonde haired, superstar usually wrestles in a pair of thigh lenght tights with grey, mesh panel in the front, as well as black boots, black half-finger gloves, and a blue lycra shirt covered in red, green, and yellow splashes of paint. On his way to the ring he also wears a pair of Pied-piper signature Ray-Bans. Out of the ring he can usually be found in tailored Armani suits for more formal occaisions, or causaul, but expensive, clothes in other situations. Background: The Son of a successful businessman, Reed was born with the proverbial silver spoon firmly in mouth. It was this, as much as his natural, talent which launched his acting career, landing him the starring role in Spy Hunter: The Movie. This film lifted Reed into Superstar status, leading to a myriad of stage, TV, and film appearances. Even though he experienced great success, Reed found himself unfulfilled. Wrestling would prove to fill the void. Reed began to train with such names as Three Tooth Willy and former Olympic Champion Adam Heel. Allan Reed made his wrestling debut with a quick win against Daytona in the Beauty of Death Federation. The BoDF had minimal talent to speak of, so Reed quickly left. However, it was in the BoDF that Reed first met up with The Hellraiser Wayne Harrison, a figure who would later figure heavily in Reed's career. After the disastrous BoDF, Reed moved on to the world renowned ACW. Reed experienced a decent amount of success there, eventually earning a shot at the TV title. In the ACW, Reed met Claude Ruhl. The wealthy Frenchman and Reed became close friends and gained infamy throughout the ACW for their wild, flamboyant, and overly extravagant party life-style. As almost a counter-point, the duo joined with the Thugs-n-Harmony to form the first incantation of the Rat Pack. The ride was short lived, however, as the ACW, strapped by a lack of funds due to poor financial decisions, closed its doors. The Rat Pack would soon disband as a professional group, though ties outside of the squared circle were maintained. Currently without a federation, the Superstar joined the OWA. The OWA would prove to be a boon to Reed's career, with Reed becoming the first, and only official, OWA World Champion. Ultimately the league was closed due to the loss of their major TV contractor. However, it was in the OWA that Reed renewed his friendship with the Hellraiser and the two could often be found partying late into the evening after every Pay-Per-View. The closing of the OWA would serve to separate the two for a short time. With the Hellraiser moving on to other things and Reed entering the Belleview Wrestling League and the Tabb Wrestling Federation, winning the world title in each. With the ACW closing still in his mind, it seemed as if Reed's interest in the mat was waning, until one night he received a call. The call was from Wayne Harrison. He and several ACW veterans had formed a new federation, the UWF. Reed quickly joined the UWF and shortly thereafter, became the first ever UWF World Champion. Reed then started teaming with Harrison, eventually forming the eventual world champion tag team, Absolut Hollywood. After accepting newcomers Kirk Visconty and Sonny "Fly Guy" Reynolds into their group, the Rat Pack was reborn. However, the UWF was forced to fold and a rift began to form between the members of the Rat Pack. Harrison, Visconty and Reynolds left to the W4 and eventually to the EWA, renaming themselves Damage, Inc. Reed, tired of wrestling left the ring to further his movie career. However, old habits died hard and Reed once again felt the call of the wrestling world. After a long hiatus, the Superstar finally returned to the ring as a part of the Extreme Wrestling Alliance. Seeing many wrestlers he knew from the UWF, he decided to have a little fun. He kept his identity secret by donning a mask and began hinting at his identity in a series of interviews. The Superstar, dubbed the "Mystery Teaser Man" by the rest of the league quickly began to draw the ire of several nervous wrestlers. The Superstar eventually unmasked himself in grand fashion. A short while later the Superstar met a talented young wrestler named the 'Fabulous' Nate Giovanni. The two became fast friends, but were forced to wrestle a match against each other by the EWA. They turned the tables on the EWA and used this opportunity to form a new tag team called the Super Egos. The Super Egos quickly dominated the EWA, eventually becoming the tag champions. However, the EWA suffered from poor leadership. This lack of administrative direction damaged the legitimacy of the EWA tag titles resulting in a dispute over their true ownership. Though this alone would not have been enough to prevent Reed's departure, its coincidence with the start of principal filming for "Spy Hunter V: Afghan Assault" sealed Reed's decision to leave the EWA. Shortly thereafter the EWA folded, being absorbed by the Big Sky Wrestling Federation. After the shooting of Spy Hunter V was completed, Reed decided to once again turn to the wrestling world. Initially, his desire was to return to the BSWF, the group that had absorbed the EWA. However, upon contacting the BSWF's home office he was greeted with a voice mail message declaring them 'closed for the summer'. From there Reed looked at several different federations with none exhibiting the caliber he desired. One evening, as he read the newspaper in an Indianapolis hotel, he spied an ad for the Mayhem Wrestling Federation. Its president was none other than Kirk Visconty, the Superstar's former stable-mate. Feeling he owed it to Visconty, Reed decided to join the ranks of the MWF. 8 Favorite Moves: Suplex(es) Piledriver Brainbuster DDT tilt-a-whirl backbreaker spinebuster neckbreaker side suplex Setup Move: The Ringer (Reed's patented short-arm clothesline) Finishing Move: The Highlight (Powerbomb to one knee) Manager: Ashpu, Reed's manservant Description: Ashpu is a short Pakistani man continually bedecked in a butler's formal attire. |
