THE WHOLE TRUTH
This is a continuation of our previous tale, New Beginnings... Ancient Endings, which in itself was a continuation of the Derek Emrys Rayne Chronicles. It grows and grows!... We have developed quite a cast list and backstory of our own.... Since we are advocates of "the String Theory," we are in a parallel, simultaneous universe or dimension (as opposed to an alternate universe), but we have striven to the utmost to keep the PTL characters on target and to retain the aura of a PTL set in our real world.
Don't be intimidated. 911 can stand alone without a refresher course on NewBe. However, if at any point you are confused about Who's Who, What's What, or any of the foreign phrases (and we don't mean the Brit English!), please visit the Merlynn's Maze section, Faith Hath Need of the Whole Truth. We'd particularly like to thank Maryann McGarvey... both for her excellent beta-reading and for her medical advice. We apologise in advance for sometimes taking liberties. On occasion, "poetic license" ruled; the needs of the story sometimes took precedence... & there may be a simple mistake or 2. We also apologize for anything, which might cause inadvertent offense to anyone....At the moment, we can say no more lest we give away too much & spoil what we hope will be a good page turner.
One last reminder: This is a story that we feel we have to rate as NC-17. As with New Beginnings... Ancient Endings.... Take the rating seriously.... We do not avoid that which might disturb. Proceed with caution if you are sensitive to graphic violence & explicit language. This time we will not be issuing warnings on specific chapters, because none can be conveniently skipped to solve a sensitivity problem.
