Sakura is a Kyubi Fox who arrives in Shinjuku on a quest.  She wishes to become a full Kyubi Fox, which requires her to eat magical creatures to fulfill this goal.  The more powerful the creature, the quicker she will become a full Kyubi Fox.  Natski becomes her initial target.  After several unsuccessful attempts, she seems to give up and become friends with Natski.

Fonne is a Bounty Hunter with the the Mad Police Company, a well organized and financed group of human Bounty Hunters.  She has quite an abrasive and arrogant personality which most find kind of annoying.  Though she can be rather angry most of the time, she sometimes shows extreme kindness and caring, just don't mention that to her.  Like Naoko Kondoh she originally is quite hateful of all monsters, but after getting to know Natski she begins to change her mind.
