La obra The Spanish
Constitution in the European Constitutional context / La ConstituciónEspañola
en el contexto Constitucional Europeo, publicada por la Editorial DYKINSON
de Madrid y que coordina el prof. Francisco Fernández Segado, tiene la
virtualidad de ser la primera en que, para conmemorar un aniversario
constitucional, el 25º, se reúne a un conjunto de ciento once iuspublicistas de
veinticuatro países europeos, para abordar el estudio de distintas
instituciones y derechos constitucionales desde la óptica comparativa del
ordenamiento constitucional español.
Destacadísimos profesores de
Alemania, Austria, Bélgica, Bielorrusia, Bulgaria, Eslovaquia, Estonia,
Francia, Grecia, Hungría, Inglaterra, Irlanda, Italia, Letonia, Lituania,
Países Bajos, Polonia, Portugal, República Checa, República de Macedonia,
Rumanía, Rusia, Suiza y Yugoslavia, van a participar en este libro. A ellos se
han unido Jueces y Magistrados de muy distintos Tribunales Constitucionales,
entre otros, los Presidentes de los Tribunales Constitucionales de Alemania,
Austria y la República de Eslovaquia.
Un Juez del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos, el Prof. Polaco Lech Garlicki
y una Juez del recientemente creado Tribunal Penal Internacional, la Profesora
de Letonia, Anita Usacka, se unen a los anteriores, entre los que han de
destacarse de igual forma dos Rectores de Universidades europeas, el Prof.
Gaetano Silvestri, Rector de la Universidad de Messina (Italia) y la Profesora
Genoveva Vrabie, Rectora de la Universidad “Mihail Kogalniceanu” de Iasi
(Rumanía), y un Rector honorario, el Prof. Jacques Robert, Presidente Honorario
de la Universidad Panthéon-Assas de París.
Los estudios que componen la obra, una de cuyas partes va a estar dedicada al Derecho Comunitario europeo, con particular atención a la Carta de Niza, se publican en seis idiomas: alemán, español, francés, inglés, italiano y portugués.
The work The Spanish Constitution in the European
Constitutional Context (published by the Editorial Dykinson from Madrid and
coordinated by Prof. Dr. Francisco Fernández
Segado, Professor of Constitutional Law at the Complutense
University of Madrid) has been the first one in which, in order to commemorate
the 25th anniversary of the Spanish Constitution, a group of one hundred and
eleven Professors of Public Law of twenty-four European countries have been
joined to deal with the analysis of different constitutional institutions and
rights of the Spanish legal system with a comparative view.
Prominent Professors from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bielorrusia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, England, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Low Countries, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Republic of Macedonia, Rumania, Russia, Switzerland and Yugoslavia write in this book. Judges and Magistrates of very different Constitutional Court and, among other, the Presidents of the Constitutional Courts of Germany, Austria and the Republic of Slovakia, have taken part in this work. A Judge of the European Court of Human Rights, Prof. Lech Garlicki from Poland and a Judge of the recently established International Criminal Court, Prof. Anita Usacka from Latvia, have joined to the previous ones, among which may be emphasized too two Rectors of European Universities: the Prof. Gaetano Silvestri, Rector of the University of Messina (Italy), and Prof. Genoveva Vrabie, Rector of the University Mihail Kogalniceanu of Iasi (Rumanía), and a honorary Rector, Prof. Jacques Robert, Honorary President of the University Panthéon-Assas of Paris.
The articles that form part of the work (one of whose
chapter deals with the European Community Law, with special attention to the
Charter of Nice) are published in six languages: German, Spanish, French,
English, Italian and Portuguese.
