13a. Broken Windows.

Sleevenotes.

Okay, so virtually no indie, or a great lack of it – the basic singles from Cay, Lit, Nine Inch Nails (although 7m11), Idlewild, Offspring, Blink 182. Crashmat – a Feeder ‘b’side from Paperfaces, Privilege – one of two Incubus tracks I have, Muscle Museum – debut single by Muse, one of the three tracks on here I guess you’ll like the least, the others are Faster Than You & Pornaco. Session version of Bury You – 5m36, really loud and raw, also session version of Xmas-y song Oi! To The World by The Vandals. Speaking of Xmas, Jingle Balls is a near death-metal version of Jingle Bells by Korn. Little Discourage is a 3 minute masterpiece, 7 minutes in We’re In This Together. Sun is typical Live, edging on the anthem all the time. Garbage do a Bond theme exactly as you’d expect, The World Is Not Enough. New Bush single, The Chemicals Between Us is a bit darker, Jesus Says from the new 1998 4-piece Ash, and we top it all off with Nookie by Limp Bizkit – nicely punchy. Before I go all Richard Whitely on the clichés, I’ll stop now. Enjoy, David
