| Cook-a-Rainbow Challenge | |||||||||||||

| A cooking competition scheduled for Saturday, July 30 and open to anyone who can cook a dish that includes at least one of each of the following vegetable colors: red, yellow/orange, green, and purple. There will be two categories of competition: professional and amateur. The winning dish and other recipes will be printed for distribution by NMC-CREES. | |||||||||||||
