Cinnamon or Cassia bark, Cinnamon powder.
Garam Massala powder.
Ginger Root, Ginger powder.
Garlic.
Ghee (Clarified Butter).
Oil (Sunflower oil, Mustard oil, Peanut oil, Olive oil, etc.).
Salt.
Klowunji (Wild Onion seeds).
Methi (Fenugreek seeds, Leaves, Powder).
Soonf (Fennel seeds).
Mustard seeds (Brown or White).
Amchoor (Mango powder).
Vinegar (Wine vinegar, or any really, it is not too critical).
Plain White Wheat Flour.
