Spices:
1tsp. Cumin powder.
1tsp. Coriander powder.
1tsp. Turmeric powder.
1tsp. Garam Massala powder.
½tsp. Chilli powder (or more).
½tsp. Mustard (English or Dijon).
¼tsp. Black Pepper powder.
¼tsp. Cinnamon powder.
¼tsp. Nutmeg powder.

3Tbl. Cooking oil.
1Tbl. Garlic and Ginger paste.
1tsp. Tamarind Concentrate.
Pinch of Salt.

1 Large Onion (chopped).
1 Green Capsicum (diced).

Method:
Mix all the spice powders together with Water to form a thick paste.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the Onion and Capsicum, fry at medium heat until the Onion is golden.
Add the Garlic and Ginger paste, fry for 1 minute.
Add some pre-cooked Meat if desired (allow to re-heat before adding spices).
Add the spice paste and fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add Tamarind Concentrate, dissolved in a little Water.
Cook at medium heat for another 2 minutes, stir constantly.

Serve immediately, only with breads, never with rice!.
