Balti (MEDIUM or HOT) serves 2, by Bombay Bob

Spices:
1tsp. Cumin powder.
1tsp. Coriander powder.
1tsp. Turmeric powder.
1tsp. Garam Massala powder.
tsp. Chilli powder (or more).
tsp. Mustard (English or Dijon).
tsp. Black Pepper powder.
tsp. Cinnamon powder.
tsp. Nutmeg powder.

3Tbl. Cooking oil.
1Tbl. Garlic and Ginger paste.<br>
1tsp. Tamarind Concentrate.
Pinch of Salt.

1 Large Onion (chopped).
1 Green Capsicum (diced).

Method:
Mix all the spice powders together with Water to form a thick paste.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the Onion and Capsicum, fry at medium heat until the Onion is golden.
Add the Garlic and Ginger paste, fry for 1 minute.<br>
Add some pre-cooked Meat if desired (allow to re-heat before adding spices).
Add the spice paste and fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add Tamarind Concentrate, dissolved in a little Water.
Cook at medium heat for another 2 minutes, stir constantly.

Serve immediately, only with breads, never with rice!.
